Memorial Weekend

Mackenzie's first experience at the cabin! She spent Sat at my parents cabin and watched Hayley jump in the freezing water after a ball, and just stepped in the lake herself. Then ran around at our cabin on Sun/Mon playing with the other dogs and just enjoying being outside near the water. She also experienced her first hail storm and LOUD sounds that were pretty scary!

And ALWAYS still needs to sleep near our shoes. She even jammed her nose in my wet clogs and took a nap!

May 19th....still celebrating my birthday!

Katie brought Laila over last night. Mackenzie had fun chasing her around. I think she thought it was a moving toy just for her!

May 16 ...

Mackenzie is growing, and has more spunk, wants to play more, and harder to catch! She likes to lay on her back more lately and play with her toys. Still working on curbing her biting everything, and the never ceasing potty training! She LOVES being around shoes. She will search them out, and then lay on them, next to them, or even put as much of her face as she can inside of them.

Mothers Day, May 11, 2008

Kenzie went to Aasgaard's for mothers day and met Scott and Steve and played with Hayley!

Mackenzie is getting so big! She knows her name is slowly figuring out the potty training idea!
Taking a nap with Ryan.

May 5

Mackenzie is learning a little each day. Finally had good weather to be outside and take walks. Still fighting the leash, but will get used to it. She had her first experience with the boat. It was just in the driveway, but she walked around to check it out!

May Day!

My friend Mary came to meet Kenzie today!

Another busy day for Kenzie today! She is learning how to walk with a leash...not crazy about it at all, but starting to accept it. She played outside while I worked in the garden, and then went to Ryan's Ultimate Frisbee game. (She fits in his bag!) She saw lots of people and other dogs there. Then, slept all evening!

A tired puppy is a good puppy!
