April 27th (Is it truly spring, or still winter?)

Jennifer brought over Allis today to visit Mackenzie. They played for a long time! Mackenzie showed us a new side of her personality! She can be pretty tough! She was scaring Allis a little, and barking!

Mackenzie is getting bigger each day! She is starting to figure out potty training, but we have a ways to go! But doing great in her kennel each night.

Mackenzie had a busy day! Saw just about everyone at Room & Board, went to her first vet visit, and played with all the technician's there, met Katie's dog, Leila, and ran around the yard with her, then went to Ryan's soccer practice and ran in the park! She is getting bigger, and plays more, and is slowly stealing my heart!

Day 2 with Mackenzie

Sunday was spent with visitors!

Julie, Kim and Hayley came over. And Mackenzie went to Bethel to meet Ali, and met a bunch of girls in the dorm!

April 19th...Mackenzie's first day with us!

We picked up Mackenzie from Barb in Litchfield at noon on April 19th. Barb chose her for us out of a litter of 9. - she was the one with the flowered collar - Barb said she was the most mellow puppy she has ever tested.

First stop from Barb's was the cabin. This will soon become Mackenzie's favorite place!
Then onto our cabin to meet the neighbors! Hattie loved her, as did the other dogs in neighborhood!

Then home to meet Ryan! As of today she fits in a small cooler!
